We started using Insectek early last year(2021) We had our yard worked on and soon found out after that we had a huge scorpion problem. Being a new mom, my baby was only a couple months old, I found one on my baby's tummy time pad and I was terrified. We found 6-8 of them inside the house, and averaging catching 2-3 a night outside the entire summer. It was BAD! Insectek listened to our concerns, has been attentive to our needs, comes out monthly to monitor our house,sets out traps, as well as spray and out down the powder that no only kills Scorpion prey but it kills scorpions as well. They are also very reasonable compared to some of the other companies, they use non toxic products which are safe for my dog and baby. It has taken some time to get things under control as our problem was pretty bad, but I'm happy to say that so far year we have only found 5 Scorpions outside(its June, we starting hunting them every night in March) and I'm a little more relaxed now that I know we are well taken care of with Insectek. I highly recommend them!

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.
