TERRIBLE costumer service!! Was lied to by a technician regarding their contract because he knew that I was young and naive at the time. It was the first year out of my parents home and while I take full responsibility for being naive and unaware of how contracts work I do feel it was incredibly slimy and wrong that he would take advantage of me. I told him I only wanted the one time service because I could not afford a 12 month contract and he explained to me that if I was worried about money I should sign up for the 12 month contract because this initial spray would be much cheaper and that I could call and cancel the contract at any time since I was a college student. Like I said I now know better but to lie and manipulate to do business is wrong. When I called to cancel like he said I could I was told that was not true and I was going to have to pay the full contract amount. They then continued for months to send men out to spray even after I told them I was not comfortable with them just showing up whenever they pleased. Long story short I learned a lesson and take responsibility on my part but feel that potential customers should be aware that this business believes in using manipulation and lies to gain customers.

Our renter called to tell us there were many bees around & it wasn’t normal. We contacted Abello Bees after viewing their site and then a referral from a friend. Lara thoroughly explained the process and that the bees would be moved to their apiary. She got us on the schedule quickly. Pictures of the work were provided. We were impressed and asked them to do the repair work required to ensure that “new bees” wouldn’t try to build a new home in the spot. Derek did a great job. Lara’s explanations & pictures are used to educate our grandchildren and friends.
