We found the termite tube and called Western Exterminator for help! They have been great! Answered all of my questions and we've not had any more damage from termites since the treatment or from any other pests!!

We were customers of AZ exterminating for about 15 years before it was bought out by Western Exterminator. Once they took over customer service went downhill. We realized we were no longer dealing with a local company when all of our calls went to a phone service in California and it took forever to get on the calendar when termites appeared at our home. We gave them a chance for a few years, but ended up cancelling with them on 1/29/21. Our last service with them was on 12/5/20 for our scheduled pest control. 8 months later we received a collections notice stating that we owed WE $103.50 from an outstanding bill. Hard to pay a bill when we weren't aware there was an outstanding balance. We did not receive one past due notice or phone call in that time period saying that we had a bill with them. And on top of this our bill was paid by autopay every month for years. They had our credit card on file for payment. I called WE when we received the collections bill and the billing department would not even discuss with me the fact that they we had never sent us a bill or that we were on autopay! This was the fault of WE and now they are screwing with my credit. In the nearly 20 years that we were with AZ and WE exterminator we never once had a past due bill. Do you research WE before you send out a collections notice. Just another example of your poor customer service. Update: still waiting for you to reach out to me WE.May 2022 update: I never heard back from WE! It's been 7 months since my complaint.
