The service from this company couldn’t be any better! They’re always on time and take their time to insure great work. The communication is great, they let you know when they’ll be there with updates via text. If you need any type of pest control this is who I would recommend over and over again !!

They were supposed to come on the 22nd of April and I waited. No show. When I called they said oops its for the 23rd and I waited again. No show. I call the rep and he said he would call me back and never did. On the 26th the manager called and left a message, I called back and he said he wasn't I. The office and would call me back and never did. They left us high and dry and we don't know what to do now. We did get a refund finally, but still have the bed bugs. ?

Our family has been using Bill's for the last 17 years. They are dependable and have not raised our rate since day one. I like that they are completely honest and never try to sell us a service we don't need. Ashley found a termite tube on our shed and instead of charging us a thousand dollars to treat our home she serviced that area (no extra charge) and said to keep an eye on it. That was 4 years ago. Nothing came back on the shed and nothing on our home. We trust the pro's at Bill's
