They came out and gave me a quote for getting rid of a hornets nest. It was scheduled and the technician who arrived, on the hottest day of the year so far, got rid of those pests quickly, quietly and without disturbing my digs too much. It was so smooth. I had Kyle Wilbert come out to get rid of some critters, and I can't recommend him enough. He's very thorough and knowledgeable about pest control and funny to boot! Some guy's only come out to do a job with no real expertise, but not Kyle. He will explain to you what you're facing and how he will deal with it, AND what to expect in the days to come. Sorry I'm raving but you just don't get this kind of great service anymore! Call Bio-Chem if you got bugs, and ask for Kyle. He's the best in the business.

We've had great service from Alliance for the past 6 years and previous owners of our property used them as well. The schedulers call each month to let us know when the technician will be at our home. If we have any requests they alway respond in a positive way.

Mr Henry is very professional and definitely does a great job. We have him come every two months to spray inside and out and has done so for a few years now. Excellent work and not a bug in sight. Our only down fall is that we can't give him ten star instead of five, so here's five more ?????
