We had great experience with Lenin. He repaired water drain canal and the leak on the roof. He is very nice, punctual and charged reasonable price. We didn't feel any inconvinience while he was working on the roof. We are going to have him for installing the gutters too. We highly recommend him.

They got the materials lined up promptly and helped us choose a color that was available and attractive on our house. The roofers showed up early in the morning, so they could be done before the forecasted thunderstorms arrived. They took care to protect protect our deck furniture from falling debris, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Not one scrap of shingle was left, and no trash was left behind.

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. The Roof Medics, and their owner Daryl, provided great service at a reasonable price with a solid warranty. They were timely and professional, taking great care in completing our project. They worked around solar panels and the quirks of a historic home, and even covered our fish pond so no debris would get in. They were responsive, quick to come evaluate the property, and made it easy to schedule at a convenient time. We'll definitely be using them for all our roof needs in the future.
