We have had a leak in our roof since we closed on our home in March, 2019. It has taken them SIX times to “repair” our roof and it is STILL NOT fixed! Our home is a new build and every home on our street have had issues with leaks. One even had their ceiling cave in! Unacceptable. They toss the ball of blame around and seem to never know what they are at my home to fix. It’s the same leak as last time people....communicate! One visit, the girl at their home office argued with me saying that my home was not on their calendar and that no one was even supposed to be at my home. Well, they came and left a CRACK in my ceiling and just left it that way after I pointed it out to them! They then left my roof exposed after I asked that they re tarp it after they said they “couldn’t find where it was leaking from.” I never write reviews and we have been more than patient. Consumer be cautious as you’re doing your research.

Had an outstanding experience this morning working with the manager from this roofing company. We had an imperfect seal between the roof and the AC/Furnace vent pipe that was causing moisture to leak into the attic and a moisture like smell in our guest bedroom. He showed up early, he quickly identified the issue, and was able to resolve it within a couple minutes by placing an additional protective cover that was not initially installed. If you're looking for a professional business to effectively and timely address your roofing issue I highly recommend this roofing company.

Dishonest people. Lied about the owner of the home breaking tiles when it was them that had installed broken tiles.
Received a response but it seems I can't reply to a response so I am just adding one here. according to the owner there is a warranty on the roof, but the owner of the house was never asked about the warranty but just told that he broke the tiles. it is not about the warranty it is about being lied to. that is not way of conducting business.

Alan did a great job on my roof. I felt bad, I thought I had a leak, I had him and his crew out to check it out and it turned out that it was an AC leak. They did not charge me for the call, and were very easy to get along with.
