Be careful if you hire this company. Just don’t share any insurance information with him, he will demand some extra proceeds that was issued to you from the claim . Mr Pachner just FYI my comments were not about workmanship but the way you handled things. You contracted a solar company directly on your own, when the solar company ruined the entire system, I contacted you to get involved and help me out, but you didn’t, you refused to help stating that you never received anything, text or email, blaming it on connection problem, but your assistant Neil called me back saying that you would call me in the afternoon, but you never did. I only heard from you 3 months later asking for the balance. Sorry, but you don’t do business this way.

Tacheny came out and inspected our roof. They gave an honest assessment and we look forward to have them care for our roof in the future.

Highly recommend. Needed to get bids for my house and Russ at Gryphon was the only one who was able to give me a straight answer. They got the job done in the time frame that was needed. I enjoyed working with them AND... they clean up after themselves! Excellent!

Ronald came out to check my roof cause of a leak. Found out it was the elbow on my air conditioner. Wrote out all instructions for the air tech. Quoted me a reasonable price for foam roof. Said I didn't really need it now. Wished me a Merry Christmas and left. No charge. Very nice and up front!

Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

So, we met Tom and Josh as a cold call, walk by. I was a bit leery but they were great to work with. Tom met with my insurance adjuster and they worked out all details.
All went mostly well, it was a quick turn around although I found out day before they were coming. Worked out great, and the roof part looks amazing. Until the foam roofing in my patio. It took a month to get that done. The foam crew that came out, had the wrong color drip edge and I told them so, they still put up the wrong drip edge. Thankfully i had a really good salesperson in Tom taking care of this. He came out and painted the drip edge with a ceramic paint, so it should last. (They will be hearing from me other wise)
Now, that being said, the foam crew was supposed to just take down just an inch and re-coat. They went all they way down, replaced some of the wood that had been destroyed from wind and rain damage, and then coated with a nice thick coat (or 3 coats). It looks great finally! :)
So, all in all, thankfully I had Tom Dell and Josh taking care of us. He really was amazing to work with and would definitely recommend them. I am grateful for the new roof.
