My 20-year old roof at my rental property was showing signs of wear and tear and needed a new underlayment so I hired Scott Roofing to do the new installation to replace my old roof. They did a great job, kept me informed of the progress and sent photos.

Frans and his team did a very thorough and expert job. He even helped me find an HVAC (Comfort One) company on short notice as we had planned to replace our old rooftop package unit in conjunction with the roof work. They were also very fair about the cost. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have or plan to install a foam type roof.

It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.
