Best Patio Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Being they were cheaper than everyone else I expected a half way decent job but I never expected them to perform the way they did. Fantastic job guys! you were on schedule and it looks awesome! The estimator gives you the feeling that everything will be taken care of, and that they will own this section of the roof, which couldn't be farther from the truth.
My roof was bowed up in a fairly large area on one slope of the roof. I assumed bad plywood or something similar. This was very well communicated to both the estimator and the roofing team that came on site, yet the problem was largely ignored.
At the end of the job, the roof looked ok, but within a short time it was bowed up again. Although they did come out to inspect the roof again, their findings indicated that there were issues with some trusses that had not been installed or sized properly, which needed to be trimmed off.
I was frustrated that this wasn't found to begin with, but was perfectly willing to pay for additional repairs to have the work done, until I saw the estimate to charge ME for all new shingles/reinstallation in an area they just replaced. Why should I pay twice for the same job that wasn't done correctly to begin with? I would have easily paid for the work unrelated to that.
I made a logical argument that they should cut me a break on the shingles, since it was they who had failed to diagnose the roof properly, but they wouldn't budge, not a penny. At this point I am having to cut my losses, as I certainly was not going to let them double dip on these charges.

In any case, I'd think twice before using this company because they don't stand behind their work, and will take your money and run.

Thank you Centrik Roofing. Finally, I found a roofing company that has high standards, excellent quality work, and fair prices. We obtained bids from several companies to re-felt our tile roof. Centrik was on the lower end for price, but their work was definitely high end. Centrik is family owned and operated. Henry Monzon and his sons Agusto and Henry were all great to work with. They made my husband John and I feel like we were family! Agusto always answered calls or returned them within minutes. He provided us with a detailed estimate with an overhead view of our roof. They did not nickel and dime us and included everything we might need as part of the price. We needed some rotted decking, roofing tiles and trim replaced. They used a high quality rubberized MB felt as well. They arrived on time, completed all work as promised, and finished in 2 days. They were careful to clean up each day, even using their blowers to clean our furniture, which needed cleaning already from leaves and debris. They carefully looked for nails, trash, etc. Although I know it is almost impossible to find everything. Lastly, they have good hearts and care about their work and the clients they work for! The roof and trim look spectacular! I highly recommend them!

We used Harper’s for a roof repair. They provided excellent customer service and were honest and ethical. I would highly recommend them!
