It's been a long time since I've dealt with a company with strong customer service values, but you'll find it with Hardacker Roofing. From getting the quote, to follow ups, picking the color of roofing, getting the job done and quality checks, this has to have been the BEST experience I've had with a major renovation. Sean and his team installed my roof roughly a year ago in about 2 days! Not only did he quote a competitive price for the roof (I went out for 5 bids) but he also helped address some repair/replacement issues with my carport posts as well as building a section to connect 2 separate block walls together. His team really laid a sharp-looking roof: the shingles are nicely staggered and smooth, all the flashings, vent pipes, and attic vents were all color matched to the shingles, and everything was very neat and clean when they finished the job. When selling the house this year, a nervous buyer wanted all the flashings resealed. I contacted Sean and requested he come out to inspect and beef up the sealants around any roof openings. He was very obliging and said it was no problem to come out on such short notice. In short, he did the work, documented it’s completion with photos, and provided a receipt making it all so easy to appease the home buyer. He really saved the sale! I can’t recommend Sean and PCC Roofing & Construction enough!

Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

i had Jimmy from circle g work on my flat roof. they did foam over my garage area and did repairs and sealed the rest of the roof. we have had issues with the roof over the last three years. they come out and work on it without question. i recently needed a description of what they did on the last visit in writing. they refused to do this because it was considered out of warranty. i don't understand why it would be a problem to put free repair but out of warranty with a description of what they did. this seems a bit shady. guess i will never know.

Wow...Phoenix Roofing and remodeling is the best! It was time for a new roof (25 years old) and we got quotes from three other companies. A co-worker recommended that we call Mike Vanvilet, and we're glad we did. Mike scheduled an appointment, and really took the time to explain the whole process, cost, timeline etc... The other quotes were in the same ballpark price wise, but non of the others companies took the time to explain the process, or even acted like they wanted our business. So we went with PRR. From the moment our supplies were delivered, to the end of the project, Mike and his team were professional, ON TIME EACH DAY, and kept our property clean of nails and old roofing materials. Everyday, my wife and I were (and our neighbors) so impressed with the work. Mike constantly took pictures of the work, so we always knew where the team was in the process. Someone else used the word dependable in their review. I couldn't agree more! These guys were on the ball everyday. The team completed our roof about a week and a half ago, and we can rest easy knowing the quality of work as we move into the summer and monsoon season.
