Noticed a wet spot on bathroom ceiling after storm the previous night.Jay came out and reattached a vent that had been dislodged from strong winds from the day before. He was up on the roof for about 10 minutes and came and told me that would solve the leaking problem. I was amazed because two other companies came and gave me estimates of 700 to 1400 dollars to fix the problem.

Stonecreek roofing was great!! I'm 26yrs old and this is my my first home I purchased with my husband. Shortly after 2 years Stone Creek Roofing actually reached out to us in regards to replacement of our roof. Being a little bit weary and still being somewhat new homeowners we were just unsure about what to pay and exactly how the process works. Thanks to SARAH at Stone Creek Roofing! She put us at ease while making the process super easy! She took time to come to my home multiple times to make sure I was comfortable with all the proceedings. She broke things down to the exact numbers for me if I wanted her to with no hesitation.. And bottom line she showed outstanding professionalism and customer service! I would recommend Stonecreek to anybody they were also fast and efficient. When the insurance didn't want to cover a FULL roof for me I was upset I have children and a stay at home mom. My roof was leaking water through and I could push my finger actually through the cieling. When my insurance offered half Sarah would not stand for this! We requested it be looked at again. With my husband and Sarah both present this time we were able to get what our family needed and deserved!! Not to mention it looks great!!! Thanks Stonecreek and Sarah !!! You guys rock !!! I no longer worry about my ugly roof leaking again!!!! :)

Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

I called in to get a quote for a roof replacement and was very impressed with how quickly they addressed my needs. The receptionist was very friendly and professional and had me scheduled for an inspection within minutes. Sarah came out to inspect the roof that same day and was extremely knowledgeable.
