Multi Pro Roof Solutions was great! We worked with Brandon Fuller and he was responsive, attentive and worked hands on throughout the whole process. We have a beautiful new roof and skylights and it looks absolutely amazing! Happy to have it done just in time for Monsoon season!! The team finished the whole project in one day no less. They were professional and tarped all of our foliage and flower beds as well as the pool so it was easy clean-up! Couldn't have asked for a better team or experience. I had called Stapleton roofing for a roof replacement. They sent out a kid that couldn't be older than 21 years old. He hardly knew what he was talking about or doing even with me pointing him to all the areas of the roof that needed extra attention. I waited a whole week to get a proposal and nothing. I then called them back and they had concerns because I had a flat roof. Mind you I don't need any work done to my flat at all. I only need my shingles to be replaced. The comment they made was they would need to redo my flat roof as well if they wanted me to do the shingles. Which makes no sense. And then instead of giving me a proposal anyways they stated I was just going to be over 12k I didn't provide any back up to what they were talking about. There's no way my roof would cost that much. and even if it did they didn't even take the time to write up an appropriate proposal. If you don't want to do the job just say that.
