I contacted Jack to give me an estimate on a small roof repair. I had previously contacted 3 other roofing companies and 2 no showed me and the other blew me off after they came out to look at the job. I suspect they just didn't want to deal with the repair. Jack came out and gave me a rough idea of what needed to be done and also had another of his roofers come out and look at it the same week. There were 2 possible options for the repair and when the roofer came out to look at it he was actually able to fix it on the spot. Jack called me to let me know and said this repair may hold up just fine but if not we can then proceed with the more expensive repair. Jack then said that there was no charge for the work they did and to let him know if any problems develop. Jack was so honest and kind and I'm am so appreciative that he actually took the time to help me and I will definitely be calling him again with some other remodeling projects I will be working on. I would highly recommend Jack and his crew.

They came out, gave a detailed estimate, (including photos so we knew what was wrong!), showed up when they said they would and completed repairs in promised time frame. I had a little storm damage from the east valley storms in early August, my insurance adjuster said not to bother with a claim because it wouldn't cost enough. I got 4 quotes from folks in the valley, Dunne came in about $800 under the other rip-offs in the valley. Mark was wicked easy to work with, worked with me on scheduling, and did great quality work. I wish more of the Arizona service industry was more like these guys.

Being a contractor in the Midwest I know when a job is done right and when someone goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. I found Hyrum and his crew to fit that perfectly. My parents house needed an entire re-roof and they were considerate, neat and diligent in completing the project in a professional manner and even managed to keep me in the loop 2,000 miles away. My parents and siblings had nothing but praise for the workers. I would recommend them to everyone and will definitely call them for any work I may have in the future.

Charlie was terrific and so is his crew. Seven of them came up to Payson in one day ripped off to roofs on the house and the garage and finished it. Professional courteous Timely and friendly.
