Best Construction Management in Phoenix AZ

Mikku and Sons did our roof in 2018 and it leaked within 6 months causing water damage to our ceiling drywall. We let them know, and they sent out on of their personnel who said he couldn’t see a leak or any issues, and they would not cover costs for the damage inside. We called again and asked them to send someone else. He found the issue and fixed it by caulking a couple different locations. He also said their warranty and guarantee does not cover any interior damage. What good is a warranty if their poor workmanship causes water damage inside your house? Issue is still not resolved.

Precision Roofing LLC was extremely thorough when replacing our roof. They kept us well informed through every step of the process, from the pictures showing the damage, choosing the color and type of shingles to maintain great communication with the insurance company until the job was completed. Very professional in what they do. If you need repairs to your roof or a new roof, this is the company to go.

Precision Roofing LLC was a fantastic choice for our new roof, workers were in time every day, worked non stop, John(owner) were there to supervise every day , even before project started John was at home helping choose the materials. Could not ask for more job finished on time within budget and price was very reasonable for the level of work and service that was provided, it was a great choice!

I had a little storm damage from the east valley storms in early August, my insurance adjuster said not to bother with a claim because it wouldn't cost enough. I got 4 quotes from folks in the valley, Dunne came in about $800 under the other rip-offs in the valley. Mark was wicked easy to work with, worked with me on scheduling, and did great quality work. I wish more of the Arizona service industry was more like these guys.

Brandon with Apple Roofing was a pleasure to work with, so friendly and very knowledgeable in his field! From first contact my husband and I knew we were in good hands. Brandon responded quickly to our initial call, inspected our roof, found the leak and gave us an affordable, total roof replacement quote.
The guys carefully tarped our pool and surrounding areas to keep nails and other debris out which was much appreciated!
In just a matter of a couple days Brandon and his hard working crew had our roof completed and our minds at ease! They were very meticulous in their cleanup as well, going over our front and back yard making sure no tacks, nails etc were left behind.
This was the first time we have ever needed to use a roofing company but if we ever have cause again (with a different house of course!) we will definitely be calling Brandon with Apple Roofing!
