They did an amazing job on my roof, my father got his roof redone in Scottsdale from then after he saw the job Phoenix Roofing Company!

I have storm damage to my roof and it’s been this way since July 2021. I found this company after I had a bad experience with RMP construction. This company had better ratings and a good rating on BBB. So far my work has been rescheduled week after week with little to no notice. I had to reschedule other contractors to do inside work waiting on these guys. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just backed up and short staff. The day we had them in contract to show up, they didn’t. We weren’t given a call or heads up. The carpenter showed up and was clueless to why they weren’t here.. There is no communication to their employees and to the customer. The owner has informed us they are willing to let us out of our contract. The consistent no show is a breach of contract. I even question the quality of work they would do if they are willing to just walk away from my business. Due to the time we have already spent with this company we just want the work done in a timely manner like we agreed. They shouldn’t be scheduling any additional work if they don’t have the man power. I will post an update to this and see if they follow through as well as the quality of work if completed.

Did a roof for my business and did an amazing job. Super glad I chose a local business instead of a giant conglomerate because the personal attention jim gave to the job was worth every penny.

I’ve used Gryphon for several patch-up jobs and there have been no leaks. Later I went with a cheaper company, and after a couple rains, the leak was back. Forget it, I thought...I’m calling Gryphon to replace the entire roof.

The workers were on time and cleaned up well. The only disappointments were that there were tire marks left on the driveway and debris in the pool.

I would definitely recommend Gryphon Roofing.

Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

Pro-Tec Contracting was recommended to me as the best roof repair near me in Phoenix by a friend who had work carried out recently. I contacted John to arrange a visit, and he was swift to get around. I was more than happy with his quote; John and his team have replaced my flat roof to a very high standard, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! ??????

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right. I had nothing but an excellent experience with all the guys at Prowest, from Colin, the owner (who came out himself, with another crew member, AFTER DARK to tarp my half-finished roof about half an hour before a monster storm came out of nowhere and poured down rain, with high winds...whoa, I felt so fortunate for their timely action!), to Johnny, the project manager, and Efren, the foreman. Initially, I met Johnny, who immediately set my mind at ease with this whole process, as it was the first time I've had to replace a roof. I got a great vibe off of him, and trusted him from the get-go. He was able to get a WHOLE roof replacement covered by my insurance...in the beginning the insurance company was only going to cover the main house roof, not the carport or patio cover roofing. Two other roofing company reps from whom I got estimates apparently did not know enough about current standards/laws (?) to be able to convince my insurance rep that a whole roof replacement was in order. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Colin, the owner, came by to introduce himself and drop off the shingle color samples, and two times (not counting the extra tarping trip!) while the work was underway. He also told me about different attic vents from the old whirlybird vents that I had, which stuck out like a sore thumb from street view. I opted to go with these more streamlined vents he recommended and they were placed in a way that they are not visible from the street, so it looks much cleaner now! The guys also painted the exhaust vent pipes and flashings to match the shingle color so none of that stands out. It only took them two days to do my roof. It was a dream, and I am so very happy with it. You will not go wrong with Prowest!

GPS Remodeling did me a great job within my means and that has been truly beneficial for me. I was utterly confused to think if it is at all possible to have room addition within my budget. But, they made it possible. Their cooperative team has been truly friendly to me and they made the most of the project.
