He spent quite a long time looking everything over and explained everything we needed to know. We had Brad as our superintendent and he and his crew did an excellent job. I initially dismissed Capstone judgment based on other company's incorrect assessment. I'm disappointed that the highly rated other contractor was wrong. He said that my leak was due to a small error and that he fixed it. But that was not the case as evidenced by current moisture and leaking. I'm glad that capstone roofing was honest and didn't try to give minimal/no treatment, possibly in pursuit of ranking and social media placement.

Diversified roofing did a roof inspection and repair for us after we had some damage done to our roof. They were very responsive and communicative. They came out quickly to fix the problem. Everyone we worked with were kind and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had our house soft washed today by this team and it looks phenomenal. The two-member crew came (with the owner) to introduce themselves and and ensure we didn't have any questions before they started the job. Once they started, they were careful and professional to ensure nothing was damaged or disrupted with our house. The job was done in a timely manner and the results are awesome. It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises.
