I recently purchased a home, whose previous owner had a new roof put on by a different contractor only two years prior. During the purchase period, the home inspection determined that the chimney flashing was not sound and some moisture was entering the attic space. My attempts at having the original contractor correct the work in a timely manner was to no avail. I did some research and contacted Imperial. The owner was very responsive from the initial request for assistance. He came to the home to inspect the roof within one business day, and got his crew to replace the chimney flashing one day earlier than his initial promise.The owner and his entire team is diligent and responsive from the very beginning. It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing.
