Sean came out for the initial bid, he took extra time to explain some things more in detail then others had. He left me his cell phone number and told me to call, text or email him if I had any questions. When I called him to request SDC's certificate of insurance he had no issues sending a copy of it over to me. He emailed me and kept me up to date on when the roofing would start. Brian and the crew came out and did a great job with the roof. They were very respectful of my home and property. They put down drop cloths to try and catch some of the mess flying off the roof. The stuff that missed the tarps, they actually walked around and picked up. These guys must of walked back and forth 100 times getting all the little odds and ends up!! They also brought the leave blower and made sure to get all that extra gravel parts away from the house. Once work was completed Sean promptly sent me an email with my final receipt for work as well as the warranty for the roof. If you want a roofer who is respectful to you and your property and takes pride in making sure your home looks nice you found them here with SDC! Give Sean and his team a chance. So glad I did! This was the first time i used overson roofing to replace a shingle roof and a built up roof on my patio. Mike Smyth gave a detailed estimate that i could work with and explained my roof choices so it was easy to understand. Bianca was a huge asset through the entire process as i had to have my solar panels removed through another company before work began with Overson...thanks to her for updating things along the way! Once tear off/install started, Cesar`s crew was efficient and cleaned up every day doing an amazing job. Antonio`s foam crew did a fantastic job on the patio roof and removing damaged fascia. Our supervisor Beau answered every question I came up with regarding roofing products and additional solar panel reinstall after overson had completed the job. Overall a great experience and thank you very much!!

Sky-Superior Roofing just completed a full roof renewal and I could not be more pleased.
Their bid was very competitive and I paid the amount agreed upon on completion. There were no surprises.
I've seen several crews of workers for various jobs over the 30+ years we've lived here. Sky Superior's crew was by far the hardest working crew I've ever seen. They take real pride in their work.
Another plus was that they sent a crew of seven to do the job so the work was not only done well, it was done efficiently.
When they were finished, they cleaned everything up and were focused on getting every last bit of debris.
I'm not one who writes glowing reviews unless I am really pleased with the project.
I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone wanting quality work at a fair price.
