They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. They looked everything over and now the rain is here and we are completely leak free this year!! Thank you so much!!

Josh and his crew are true professionals, before the job started Josh gave me the schedule and his job expectations. I was really impressed with his knowledge and his direction. Also I wanted to add my house was left VERY CLEAN at the end of each day. No nails were left on the ground or debris were left on the job site.

SunShield Roofing repaired and replaced a rotted/leaking section of my flat foam roof along with a complete elastomeric roof recoating. In addition they had also replaced some broken Mexican sanstone tile with concrete on another section of my roof. I'm a knowledgable handyman and a bit of a perfectionist, so when I reviewed the completed job, I was truly impressed with their work and attention to detail overall. Their cost was fair, they showed up on schedule, and provided photos to show those repairs. Alfredo and the group of professionals at SunShield Roofing exceeded my expectations.

Steve and his team did an amazing job on our roof. They replaced our entire roof. We are so pleased with the outcome and our roof looks great and no leaks! Their team is extremely professional, on time and cleaned up after leaving each day.

I was impressed from the moment they arrived with the huge dumpster with port-a-johns attached! I know that might sound silly, but it was appreciated to have the workers be able to go to the bathroom in a respectful way. Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
