I was absolutely happy with the work Randall Cloud and his crew did for my home! It was a good sized job and they did great work, made my roof look like new and cleaned up all the mess on their way out. I would recommend Randall's company to anyone needing help. He is someone you can trust to do what he says he will do, which is priceless in today's world!

Ronald came out to check my roof cause of a leak. Found out it was the elbow on my air conditioner. Wrote out all instructions for the air tech. Quoted me a reasonable price for foam roof. Said I didn't really need it now. Wished me a Merry Christmas and left. No charge. Very nice and up front!

We had Ironwood roofing remove our old 30 year roof and replaced with new. They did an exceptional job, fast and easy with no issues. Even saved us tons of money compared to other estimates we received. Highly recommended!

It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. My wife and I were extremely pleased and will recommend them to our friends.

I am extremely impressed with Stapleton Roofing skills in total roof replacement. The roofing crew was very knowledgeable and skilled. They even cleaned up all of the debris each day. From now on Stapleton Roofing gets all of my referrals.

The receptionist was very friendly and professional and had me scheduled for an inspection within minutes. Sarah came out to inspect the roof that same day and was extremely knowledgeable. This is a family business and they do offer the best roofing services that one could hope for. They are also reasonably priced and you realize quality for your money. They helped decide the best roofing for my house and which could also withstand adverse climate to provide protection. Thank you Arizona Native Roofing and I highly recommend your roofing services

I called and requested a bid, let Randy know about the condition of my roof, leaks near the air conditioner, and that I wanted to coat the entire roof after repairs were done.

After inspecting my roof, instead of providing me with a bid, he began with, 'I don't know if you have any idea the condition your roof's in, and I don't know if you have leaks yet, but you're gonna - your roof's a real mess.'

It was like we never talked before the inspection at all. Randy assumed I had no idea about the condition of my roof, where repairs were needed, or that I had gotten any prior bids.

I hung up on him during tirade about the condition of my roof, as he never did provide an actual quote figure for the repairs and for the coating.

After that, Randy pursued writing out a biblical length text message, stating he was a millionaire and that he planned to retire at the end of the year. His texts were bountiful, too ....just bizarre behavior.

Several days now after he visited my property, Mr. Hunsaker left yet another phone message, adding insults, - all very creepy behavior.

I decided to write this review, especially for single women considering to have him come out for a bid, or even considering hiring him.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional

I highly recommend AZTECH to anyone in need. These gentlemen are the epitome of professionalism and excellence. I had a tricky leaky 6 year old roof. AZTECH was recommended to me. Jace and Theron both were incredibly kind, honest, and thurough during the entire process. They are a class act. I now have a beautiful new roof, done quickly, just in the nick of time. Clean up was immaculate and the quality of work is amazing. Customer service was top notch. For roofing needs, these are your men.

Look for another roofing company. They did some work on my Mothers home ONE YEAR SEVEN MONTHS AGO. Then when I called to have it repaired and fix some damage, I could not get them to return my call. I tried for over a month, made call after call, even had a fellow contractor contact them. I was told they would follow up. Well good luck. Not even a call back to say that they were not interested. Please save yourself some frustration and if you need follow up service, this company is not for you. It certainly has not been a company that stands behind their workmanship or offer any kind of follow up service. Especially on a roof not even TWO YEARS OLD. Which by the way they only cover with a WARRANTY of TWO YEARS. Maybe that is why they will not call. Reggie the owners seems not to be concerned with the quality or labor provided once paid. I have had water damage inside the home due to the rain and leakage through the roofing. Once again, please look for a different contractor to save yourself such headaches and issues. Very Dissatisfied.....Henry

Paid to have a leak fixed on roof. Leak was not fixed. Company won’t respond back. Do not use

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
