Frans and his team did a very thorough and expert job. He even helped me find an HVAC (Comfort One) company on short notice as we had planned to replace our old rooftop package unit in conjunction with the roof work. They were also very fair about the cost. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have or plan to install a foam type roof.

Apple Roofing is amazing! As a realtor I have referred numerous clients to Kevin and his team as well as had them do a new roof on my personal home and they have always exceeded our expectations. They did my whole house in 1 day and left everything was so clean after! Contractors are typically so hard to get ahold of, but they always respond quickly and make time to get inspections done most of the time the same day! AZ foam masters is my favorite foam company to work with. Having hired a few other companies prior to talking to Mike I was able to compare his services to the others. When installing my roof he went above and beyond and was so pleasant to work with. Not only was the service great but the product keeps our home cool much more efficiently in these summer months. I will not be taking my business anywhere else!

These folks are contracted thru my apartment complex. They have patched a leak on the roof over my apartment that is under warranty. They have patched it 4 times in two years and the roof still leaks. It leaks to the point that my cieling came in and I needed buckets to catch the water. As a tenant they have put me in a bind because they will not sufficiently fix this job. Obviously they are doing it cheap cause of the warranty and not actually repairing the roof. I am litetally paying another roofer out of my pocket this time to come out and see if the treatment they suggest (5th time is the charm?) is a good option. I need someone else to look at the roof bedside I think they are completely full of it. I need to be able to defend my position if I break my lease and get taken to court. I think their quality of work is poor because they expect the tenants to simply be upset at the apartment complex and they feel will face no recourse or will not get called out on their poor workmanship. Well sorry Affirmax this review at least caught up with you. Very little help to me as I partially work out of my home and have lost money due to the inconvienve of my cieling caving in and leaking water everywhere. Shame on you for being so fraudulent. Shame on you for taking advantage of lower income tenants that you obviously have no respect for. I would not recommend this company to any commercial business that has value in their ethics.

I did business with Collum Roofing a few years back for my business and even then I felt the service was a little questionable but I'm a busy man so I moved on. I contacted them 7 weeks ago and left a message with their phone attendant and have since left 5 other messages with the same individual. Now, I do not blame her because she was forwarding the messages but Mike was deciding not to return them either because it was a possible warranty repair or because he just has poor follow through. I finally received an email address I could use to reach out in email form and I received a response back that showed a total lack of concern and Mike showed me waiting 7 weeks meant nothing to him. He never once apologized and his responses were short. I am a business owner myself and this is only the second time in my life I have gone to social media to voice my thoughts but the total disregard has pushed me to put this out there. There are many people out there that are fueled by drama so complaining is a norm but for me it takes a whole lot for me to go to this length. I will never do business with this company again and I would recommend others to think twice before using their services.

Professional Highly recommended Staff members and Roofers

Warranty? NOTTTTTT! Would not repair or replace a broken tile that was broken by poor installation! But for $210.00 they would! See photo and see for yourself! My home is less than 5 yrs old? I'll fix it and warn others not to use them!
