But when homeowners have signs posted,...they have to be respected. I sat there in my office and noticed someone walk up to my front patio, and immediately turn around. Ten minutes later, I went out front to my driveway to see if a package was left, because we have orders delivered all the time. As I walked out, I noticed a business card on the short block wall that leads to my patio and front door. This tells me a lot about the corners that a company like this is willing to take to make a dollar. I was actually considering looking around to get some estimates for my roof. I can guarantee that Prowest will definitely not be one of consideration.

Charlie was terrific and so is his crew. Seven of them came up to Payson in one day ripped off to roofs on the house and the garage and finished it. Professional courteous Timely and friendly. Just purchased a new house in Scottsdale Rio Verde area. The inspector found the roof to be in need of replacement. Pacific Sheet Metal did a great job replacing my 32 year old asphalt shingle roof. Cody responded to my request for estimate the same day. He gave me a ballpark estimate from satellite images and then came by to go over the details. We decided to do some extra areas Cody offered covering our flat rolled patio roof area and covering all our wooden side gables with white metal batten panels to match the old wooden design. Also did our shed roof to match the house. I requested making metal gates to replace our old wood gates. They custom designed the gates with batten seams to match the side gables using the roof color Burnished Slate.

This is a smaller family owned business located in the Scottsdale Airpark just a few miles from our home which was a plus for deciding to use them. We scheduled the project several months out to avoid monsoon weather. The job took several weeks to finish. There was a big crew to start with the demo then 2 to 3 pairs working throughout. Cy, Travis , Cody, Isaac and Kevin are true craftsmen and paid a lot of attention to details. There is a lot of custom trim work involved with a metal roof installation. Starting with custom cutting the panels to size from a big steel roll on site. Then each panel requires trimming for installation.
