Changed to 3 star. After speaking with the new customer service manager who reached out to us, they apologized for their previous response and sent out a team to do a thorough inspection of the roof and they will be sending a company out to fix the inside drywall damage.

*UPDATE 8/7/22* we are still dealing with the terrible workmanship of this company. In addition to the section that wasn’t sealed properly, there was another section that had a saw mark straight through the underlayment and into the wood. Hopefully, they’ll do the right thing and do a complete inspection to identify any other problem areas under the tiles.

Very disappointed in the responses I've gotten from their customer service. Diversified did the roof on my new build that was completed in 2018 and already in 2021 there is a leak due to a section of the roof not being sealed properly. First of all, to only respond that they will charge $95 to inspect and that I'm out of warranty and offer no other explanation when I submitted pictures to them is completely unprofessional. Second, since I had another LISCENSED company come out and do an estimate to repair their mistake, they say that even if I was under warranty, it would now be void. I will not be using this company again and will not refer anyone else to them either.

After a hail storm last spring I filed a claim with my home owner’s insurance. The adjuster came out, looked over my damage and said that they would be sending me a check. I had no idea what to do next. I called the owner of this company. He came to my house, looked over the damage, took plenty of pictures and said he would contact the insurance adjuster himself on my behalf if I didn’t mind. The next thing I knew was the insurance adjuster advised me that I would be receiving additional funds. He then called me wanting to know when I wanted the repairs done. From that point on I would receive a call from the project manager advising when each repair or replacement was to be done and everything was put back in better condition than it was before the storm.

We have used them for two repairs now. Happy with the quality of work. At times feels like they are a bit slow to communicate but it may be because they are a smaller company. Other than that we recommend them to all who ask us.

We are very glad to have picked Next Gen services to get the roof redone. Being first timers, we had no idea or understanding of the optimal roofing solutions. Turner and his team were very professional and prompt in addressing the issues. Would definitely recommend. Anyone looking for trusting roof experts, these are the guys.

What impressed me is how fast they came out for the inspection and how honest they were. To top it off the roof came out great and 1 day ahead of schedule.

I found PCC Roofing online and had them bid on roof replacement projects at our 38 unit condo complex built in 1974. Prior to hiring PCC we had a horrible experience with Trades Unlimited who would not honor their warranty because they used unskilled subcontractors. We then worked with Diversified who started out fine but we moved on because their communication and work product suffered. In 2020 I found PCC and have had excellent service to date. The pricing is competitive. Sean and Brian are friendly and good communicators. Informative explanations on how roofing should be done properly. And pictures of work in progress, too. Several tear offs made it clear how badly the previous roofers had been. They have replaced 7 condo unit roofs for us and we will have them back. I recommend them highly.

I hired Starkweather to replace my roof & sustained the first leak I have had in nearly 40 years & other roofers. It cost me a bit over $8500. for this leak and I will say they did come out and repair it when I first found it. It took a while we do live in a very dry state. Is it fixed?? I hope so we have not had much rain since the repair. HOWEVER the damage to the ceiling in the house remains unrepaired. Starkweather DOES NOT fix that even though they caused it. I have not hired any one to fix it since I am still not sure the roof does not leak!! It makes me sick every time I look at it but if I get it repaired & still have a leak I would have to do it again!! WHAT A MESS. I cannot go up and even look at the repair (I am a 75 yr old woman with knee replacements) not that I would know by looking anyhow. I gave them 3 stars since they were always punctual and here when they said and left the job clean.

I was extremely happy with the response time that Gleason Roofing was able to provide. I called several places to get an estimate and they were able to get me an estimate and scheduled for the replacement in the quickest time. The cost was also very reasonable. We were recommended by a neighbor to fix our roof. We check with 4 companies and Centrik stood out. They were prompt, professional, honest and fair. I like that they are family owned, use quality materials and fair price!! I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors. Ask for Agusto!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ROOFING PROJECT.
1. They told me they prided themselves on being on the job on time. I had another appointment the day my roof was scheduled to be installed and had to cancel my appointment because they were an hour and a half late.
2.. They left 2 large nails sticking up, on my front sidewalk. I went out to take my trash out and one of the nails went through my shoe. Luckily I did not puncture my foot. I have pictures to verify this.
3. They wanted a check first thing but I asked them if they would hold it for 3 days until I transferred the money into my bank account. They promised me over and over they would not cash it but they did. I was charged bank fees and it was a big hassle for me to get it straightened out.
4. I purchased the most expensive rubber roof system. They took the tile off of my patio roof and did not put it back on. Instead they installed some rolled shingle type material. The seams are not even so I texted Danny, the owner of the company 3 times (which he stated was the best way to get in touch with him), and did not hear back. The fourth time he responded. I complained to Danny that I was not happy with the way my patio roof looked. I don’t feel he has any customer service ethics and NO integrity. He said if they reinstalled the tile then the 20 year warranty would not be valid. He basically just argued with me.
5. Danny told me to wait a year for the shingle material to cure and after a year he would coat it with Elastomeric rood coating to make it look better.
**NOTE** He claimed that this would cost him $300.
6. I called him a week ago, Tuesday, February 26, 2019, and he chastised me and said; you have waited a whole year to call me back about this. That is when HE told me to call him back.
7. Then he said that the cost of coating my patio roof with elastomeric would cost him $80. So he wasn’t truthful with me a year ago when he complained that it would cost him $300. I don’t know about you but I don’t like dishonest people.

I had an awesome experience with Ready Roofing and Steve. From the initial bid to the completion of the project everything was handled professionally, carefully, and the crews were very clean. I was not able to be there for the bid but Steve explained everything to my significant other and gave me a breakdown with everything itemized which I really appreciated. Any questions or concerns we had he jumped all over and took our worry’s away. He even got my dog back into the yard and house when he accidentally got out during the bid! He’s such a nice and genuine person. The crews that completed the work did a great job and installed everything the proper way and even got my whole roof demo’d and installed same day. They tarped everything off so the nails and loose material didn’t get in my yard or on the vehicles. I really can’t express enough how clean and professional they all were and how much I appreciate that. Everyone was really great to work with and I would recommend them to any of my friends or family. The finished product looks beautiful and I’m very glad I used Ready Roofing.

I called Overson Roofing after coming home from a short trip and noticed water spots on our piano. They came by that same afternoon, diagnosed the problem and talked us through how best to fix it.
