I did the research and I used them and now I have a perfect roof they are not the cheapest but they have a middle of the road price with a over the top product.! Don't miss out on a truly qualified company that don't screw around when they say they are going to be there at a certain time. Before they left in the evening they cleaned up the miscellaneous debris and when they were finished you couldn't tell they were there until you looked up at the roof. And are homeowners also commented how nice it looked and how fast the contractor was and are next door neighbors were also happy with the respect for their property they showed when parking in the neighborhood. This guy should be locked up - repaired the roof of the home i am in for the previous owner. failed to put in a double sheath - he told the owner it had a double sheath. We bought the home -and it rained in Oct for a few days., water leaked into the home the exact placec that he said he did the repair.. Mark Dunn estimate to repair his mistake was for $5000. He would not fix what he messed up for less.
I found my old roofer in Scottsdale and he did nit for $550.

First off, I couldn't be happier with are new slate tile roof. We had bids from 3 other large roofing contractors. North Groups price was right in line with the others. What all these contractors didn't know, is that I have been in construction for over 40 years. I asked Jeff some very technical questions and without hesitation he fired right back. (As he laughed) This guy is very smart. Refreshing that there are people out there with skills these days. It is hard to find. We hired Jeff because he knew what he was doing, period. I can only tell you the other large roofing companies just sent out there sales guy's that clearly didn't know specifics. Well, if your going to be in this business you better know the specifics.

We have three flat roof sections and a walk deck that we have had coated every 5 years. After 19 years we wanted to do more than the coating paint and started researching roofers and foam products. We saw a couple of Ultra Foam company trucks in and around our area shortly before we started getting quotes. Ultra Foam Roofing had great reviews, but our final decision was when another roofer was out and said foaming was a good idea for the three flat roofs and then he recommended Ultra Foam Roofing who he had used himself. We got a quote (Jon explained the process with the quote) and scheduled the work. David, our tech, was on time, explained what he was going to do, did the work and it looks great. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend this company. Great customer service and workmanship.
