This was a very professional company. The first thing that impressed me is that they said that they would arrive at 6:00 am and not only did they arrive at exactly at that time but the owner of the company Daryl was with the crew. Daryl made sure I was taken care of before he left the job. All the workers were very friendly and hard working and were very knowledgeable about the products being used on my roof. They were tidy and cleaned up as they removed the old shingles from my roof. The job was handled with pride in their workmanship. I was very happy with the job the Roof Medics did and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or even just some roof repair. The owner Daryl definitely goes the extra mile for customers. He did for me and I am sure I am not the first or the last. The Roof Medics knows how to take care of a customer. Talk about customer satisfaction !!

They provided excellent service, were responsive to calls and the work appears very good (haven't had any rain to test the work, lol). We had a roof leak and decided to get a complete restack ( remove tiles, replace the underlayment then replace the tiles). We were able to work with our solar company to remove and replace the solar panels around the roof repair. The final appearance looks great and I can tell very improved over the previous roof.
