Best Troubleshooting Electrical in Fort Worth TX

Rick and Tyler were great. They were polite even though my knowledge of electrical systems is embarrassingly bad and I asked silly questions. They relocated our doorbell from a side wall to the front facing wall by the door and the new camera doorbell I attached works great. Thanks!

I called this business first and the person who answered just said Hello no business name, no how can I help you. Then he asked me how I got his number... what? The internet, if you don't want people to call don't be open for business. Then he said he was booked for the week and didn't offer a 1st available. Glad I hung up, what a joke!

BW Electric came out after we had another company tells us we needed a new panel, BW Electric informed us this was not the case at all and just needed a minor repair which he did on site. Everything in our house was back to normal in under an hour including some outlets that hadn’t been working. Very grateful for them and the service and honesty they provided us.

Christopher was a pleasure to work with! He is kind and courteous, very professional, and fair in his pricing. He explained issues so that we understood what needed to be addressed and brought issues to our attention that needed to be considered before making decisions. We ended up needing a lot more work done to correct past errors and short cuts to get our home safe and functional and to accomplish all the things we were looking to do, and we fully trusted Christopher with the job. We will happily use him in the future and wholeheartedly recommend his services.

Had them install a 30kw Kohler generator. They did a good job mostly. The workers put their initials in the concrete. Kinda weird when it's not yours. And I didn't really like how they ran conduit. But it works. The owner is really awesome. I'll add photos later

Expert Electric came to our rescue when we chose them from the internet based on their positive reviews. We were delighted to meet Edward. He was polite, punctual, courteous, efficient, and very gracious with his job. He fixed our wiring problem in short order, explaining what was wrong. He fixed our electrical box and checked to assure us all was well. He also gave us some protective advice regarding our other electronic devices. I would not hesitate to refer to Excel Electric and Edward to everyone!! I am definitely gonna call them again!!

Was driving down the road today and one of their trucks number truck 26 zoomed around me in a 40 mph zone after 5pm. He was breaking the speed limit then he got in front of me cut me off and then proceeded to give me dirty looks from his side mirror as if I was doing something wrong because I was following the speed limit. Doesn’t seem very professional to me and he looked like a slob. I tried to call the company to report it but every time I called no one answered it didn’t even ring as if it was disconnected.Hopefully he won’t kill somebody on his way home on the weekend so at least other people can live to enjoy their’s
