Couldn't have asked for a nicer representative than Edward Jones! Polite, businesslike, competent, and thorough. My only complaint would be that I had advised when I requested service that I believed my water heater problem was electrical in nature rather than plumbing based on preliminary supply voltage checks. I was sent a plumber and the problem had to be transferred to an electrician not available until the next day. This was not a problem with the actual service but in properly routing my call based on the information I provided.

After moving into our new home, we needed a lot of electrical work. They were able to run Cat 6 cables through our walls that looked as if they were part of the original build. They added multiple GFI outlets, replaced switches, added outdoor lighting and flood lights that didn't exist and everything was done quickly and exactly how we wanted. Their pricing was competitive and the quality of the work was second to none. After they had spent two days providing all the work we asked for, I called them back thinking that they had made a mistake with one switch and they sent someone back the very next day only to correctly point out to me that it wasn't the switch (that they had replaced) that was the problem, and they didn't charge me for the call back even though it was my fault. Finding companies that truly work with complete integrity and quality is hard these days, but I was incredibly pleased that Enoch lived up to their biblical name, as one who walked with God his entire life. They quick and fast

Had an appointment scheduled between 8 and 10 a.m., nobody showed up. I called the number on their website and it kept saying mailbox full. Finally found a different number and the person I spoke with said my appointment didn't make the schedule that day, said someone could come between 3-5 the same day. Waited and waited, nobody ever showed up!

Called on a Sunday evening and they were here in about 3 hours. Ryan was very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He shared pictures and videos of the problem areas and explained.I asked the lady twice if there was an extra charge for a Sunday night visit and if there was we could wait until the next morning/day. She said no but apparently this was incorrect. Ryan made this right.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
