Best Sump Pump Repair in Fort Worth TX

HR Phoenix Electrical & Plumbing Electrician
Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience from start to finish. Lets start with the scheduling. I had to reschedule multiple times as they couldn't make the original times scheduled and they had my number wrong in their system to where they didn't let me know. I called and we corrected my number and set a new time. They still didn't fix my number and randomly showed up as they left a voicemail saying the new time.

The electrician was nice and apologetic. I needed two lights fixed on the same ceiling in which he gives me a quote which I assumed was to fix both as they're right next to each other. Well it was just for one and he only fixed one as he had another appointment. They sent another guy the next day and again was friendly and fixed the issue but the cost to fix two lights was $1,000 which didn't include the cost to repair the holes.

To add, the electrician that fixed my first light stopped working after a month. Stay away from this company as they're way over priced and cant even schedule appointments accordingly.

Walker Air Plumbing Electric Electrician
I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
