I called this business first and the person who answered just said Hello no business name, no how can I help you. Then he asked me how I got his number... what? The internet, if you don't want people to call don't be open for business. Then he said he was booked for the week and didn't offer a 1st available. Glad I hung up, what a joke!

Henry and his son of Arrow Electric are top notch! They always go above and beyond to provide the very best service for all of our electrical needs. They provide fast and fair estimates, are prompt, trustworthy, honest, respectful, willing and able to install fixtures in very vaulted ceilings, have great ideas on how to improve existing lighting, outlets, switches, etc. They also did an amazing job installing our outdoor uplighting system. We highly recommend them and would never use anyone else! Don’t waste your time and money on the big ripoff electric service companies in the area...call Arrow Electric in Hurst instead! You’ll be glad you did.

My AC would not come on when I tried to use it with the recent increase in temperatures. I initially reached out to one-hour air to check my AC, but when they came out there was no power to the unit. They scheduled Buffalo to come out the next day to check my new panel (installed with solar a few months ago). Ryan was able to immediately troubleshoot & correct the issue. Very thorough and professional When another contractor asked him to tell them if they were responsible for our electrical issues he refused and came straight to me to outline the damage, who was at fault and to let me know how the other contractor tried to circumvent the process between JSR and me. I can't speak for this companies work, but I can speak to the character of those they hire. Today ,while driving, one of their employees decided to drive side by side with me in the same lane. He was extremely close to hitting and put me at great risk. He needed to be in my lane to turn right and had no space to come over, except for being side by side with me. If the folks they employ don't care for my safety on the road, I can't believe they would care about electrical either. Thankfully no one got hurt... this time.
