Hop2It Electrical Electrician
We had Mike come out to our house for AlumiConn since our house with built in the 60s and we were worried about the dangers associated with copper wiring. Found Hop2It on Google and after a couple more quotes decided to go with them. Throughout the whole process, Mike and Team were thorough and professional and just really good to work with. Thank you for making our home safer and we look forward to working with y'all on future electrical projects! :)

BW Electric Inc. Electrician
Tech came in and asked for the service call money upfront. His attitude was very negative from the beginning. He opened the outlet and said that the ground was improperly installed in the outlet. When I asked him how he knew, he said the cables in the house don't go bad and we inherit problems from prior owners. Maybe an animal had damaged it.

The outlet stop working and showed an open ground. We have lived here for over 10 years. The outlet had been working properly before. He said if I had problems with the warranty company it was time to look for a new one. He said he can repair it if I paid $450 in addition to the service call. Not a good company to call.
