Berkey's is the best! Our home has had numerous plumbing needs over the past year. They have repaired toilets, installed a tankless water heater, relocated our outgoing sewer line, fixed leaks, and most recently completely replaced the plumbing underground on one side of the house. We always request our favorite tech, Daniel. They use quality materials and have the best warranty in the business. I'll never call anyone else!

Feel lucky to have Wilson Home Services just around the corner, such a fantastic group of people! From quote to install, Victor knocked it out of the park. He replaced the coil, furnace and condenser on my downstairs unit. The quality of installation and attention to detail was exceptional. The service was great and the person was professional and polite. He found numerous issues with the initial installs on which is very unsettling. Unfortunately the issue is still occurring. We have called again today to have someone else look into why. I am not comfortable with my choice of iseing Hobson currently.On his second visit he was very professional and took the Time to explain everything to my wife. He also notified as he will be calling out the installation manager to inspect the installation of the unit.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
