Overall very impressed with the service. Colin went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did he complete all of the repairs, he explained things along the way and I was reassured that the jobs were being performed without cutting corners. Also did a great job cleaning up. Made the appointment for 5/8 between 1000 and noon. Chris arrived at 1158. Evidently a company meeting went a little long and no company rep was courteous enough to call and inform us of the delay. We were heading out the door to do errands that we had postponed.Chris was very apologetic. He explained what he would be doing and began straight away. He was courteous and wearing booties when he came into the house. 45 minutes later he reviewed his findings and offered his business card with contact info just in case we had questions. The electricians who came were very skilled and kind. I have no complaints. Prices may be a little high, but the quality of their work is amazing.
