Best Leak Detection in Fort Worth TX
Best electrician I’ve worked with in awhile. Ira spent an entire day at my home and was wonderful. Super professional and explained everything very easily regarding the electrical issues we were having. Went above and beyond. Will definitely be using Enoch and requesting Ira again!

For safety reasons our home needed a new electric panel and a few other items. Angi recommended HR Phoenix. They responded quickly and Paul Rylee was quick to inspect the project. Because of code requirement upgrades the project estimate was more money than expected. I decided to use this company because Mr. Rylee knew his business and understood exactly what would be needed. Ira the electrician was very knowledgeable and did a clean very thorough installation in a timely manner. I would recommend this company for an electric panel upgrade.

Have always responded promptly and did good work. Reasonable price and one of the lowest service call prices I have found.

We bought a new unit a few months ago and lately have noticed a strange smell. We called ComfortExperts and they came out the same day and inspected everything. The guys were friendly and professional and very thorough. They checked everything for us, vacuumed out our ducts and gave us explanations for the smell.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
