One of my A/C units went out. We knew it was just a matter of time before we had to replace it.
Thankfully, we ran across Enoch. Their price was so competitive, that we decided to replace our other unit at the same time.
The installation was pretty seamless and we are glad knowing that it is something that we don't have to worry about for some time.

Given our previous experience with HR Phoenix we reached out for assistance with an 3-way smart switch install that needed assistance. Once again they were able to schedule a technician promptly, quote the service, and was able to complete the job exactly as quoted within the allotted time .
This was our third time using the company and second time working with Chris Lavender as a technician. Chris was on-time, courthouses, and didn’t just complete the job but explained what he was doing and why this install was different from the other smart switches we were able to install ourselves.

Commercial driver point of view. The people are friendly and professional but checking in with shipping and receiving is kind of a hassle, it’s mainly because they are very busy in the morning. So it’s best to keep on them and prepare your entrance set up. To enter this location you will have to time it to drive against traffic on N. East Parkway, (the entrance is on a one way road) in order to back into their yard and be able to dock don’t make the mistake of driving headfirst into the location or you will not be able to turn around to dock. Also the medium (middle that separates the road has a cut out that will allow for this back up maneuver, but it can high center the Semi so be sure to have it ready on all wheel drive.
All this is because the yard where the dock is located is very small and crowded with a bunch of other vehicles that are there to pick up construction materials and also other semi trucks with day cabs trying to bully their way in.
I rate this a Level 4 dock ( level 5 is the highest) good luck!

Simon was professional and friendly. He fixed the partial blockage of the drain on our heat pump. Also recommended I consider a compressor Saver which would extend it's life. We are considering it. All the Comfort expert people are competent and friendly.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
