Shane arrived on the front-end of the 3-hour window (always appreciated) and I was given a 30-minute heads up call, text, and email introducing him prior to arrival. After a quick explanation of the problem, Shane gave me a description of how he can solve the problem, provided a fair quote, and got straight to work. During the repair, he took the time to explain why he did what he did and how it was to code, looked everything else over, and even provided a few estimates for further improvements in the future. In all, very satisfied with the level of professionalism, quality of work, and fair price.

They completed two home projects for me. The work was completed quickly. The electrician was pleasant. And the cost of doing the work was fairly reasonable. I would strongly suggest Fort Worth Electrician Pros for any electrical work.

Did not used their service. But they do need better phone skills. We got stuck behind their truck in the Express Lane while they were going 65mph (the express is 75mph). Thought, well I'll call and ask if they can have their truck speed up or take the next exit. So I called, and explained just that. And the man who answered the phone replied Lady, why do you care how fast my truck is going?! and it went down hill from there. So I said thanks for your time, and hung up. Hope their electric skills are better than that.

Knowledgeable, polite, considerate. Is on my list for future electrical service. And many in our neighborhood use their service as well.

We were having a very recent problem with two electrical sockets in our bedroom, but when I phoned Scott Electric they told me over the phone how I could resolve the problem--and it worked!!!
I certainly will try them again if problems arise in our electrical system!

Helped my family's first home be safe with a job to ground our gas line... and did excellent work! A family owned company that gives special attention that you just can't get with larger company. Going to have Bret and his team do some more work for us in the future too. A+

Could not find electricians to come and fix my water heater on new years eve until I called tarrant electric. They had a tech at my house in 2 hrs. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by the end of the day. Thank you again!
