My technician Colin was amazing. Very thorough and professional When another contractor asked him to tell them if they were responsible for our electrical issues he refused and came straight to me to outline the damage, who was at fault and to let me know how the other contractor tried to circumvent the process between JSR and me. BRAND NEW UNIT KEEPS BREAKING DOWN!!!!! OUR 15+ YEAR OLD UNIT NEVER DID THAT. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COMPANY’S SYSTEMUpdate: have needed multiple services calls in the pat 2 years on our brand new AC!!! Did not need this with our 15 year old modelUpdate 2023. System is 2 years old and goes out 1-2x year since installed I can NOT recommend anyone buy a system through them
