Best Drain Leak Repair in Fort Worth TX
When my original idea wouldn’t work due to lack of attic space, Ruben showed me the problem, suggested a great alternative and had the parts with him.

Tyler and Xavier were great. A good value. Not cheap shade tree electricians, but no crazy charges. On time, got the job done professionally. Installed two combo exit/emergency lights in a commercial office.
I would recommend and use again. A++ is my rating.
Electricians are not cheap but HR Phoenix is more reasonable than the firms you see on TV. Uniforms are nice I guess, but good work for a reasonable price is better in my books.

My hot water was replaced by two very knowledgeable young men. They removed the old unit and installed our new electric water heater. They finished up the job by removing the old unit and completely policed the floor, picking up and discarding any trash they caused. Plus, they went over the complete operation of it. My wife and I was and ARE VERY SATISFIED with the quality of service afforded us for the removal and replacement of our new water heater. WHPIII

We had a good experience with Comfort Experts. We really enjoyed working with Mickey - he answered all of our questions, was upfront, and when an issue did come up, he handled things very professionally. The installation crew was professional, timely, thorough, communicative, and did an excellent job. We will definitely work with them again for any future AC issues or needs.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
