They came when they said they would, did what was agreed upon and finished on time at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them!

Cross electric does excellent work. We had some issues with an old breaker box on a Friday evening and they came right out. They were able to keep our lights on over the weekend and came out first thing Monday morning to replace the service. To top it all off they quoted us about $1800 less than the other guys. If you are looking for honest, fair, and incredibly knowledgeable look no further.

Ken did trouble shooting at my home on several occasions getting electrical situations resolved promptly and economically.
He installed an outdoor electric box and resolved an electric short in my son's house with efficient and economic results.
I also appreciate Ken's council regarding problems at my home which were resolved by having electric provider make repairs to service saving us a service charge.

For safety reasons our home needed a new electric panel and a few other items. Angi recommended HR Phoenix. They responded quickly and Paul Rylee was quick to inspect the project. Because of code requirement upgrades the project estimate was more money than expected. I decided to use this company because Mr. Rylee knew his business and understood exactly what would be needed. Ira the electrician was very knowledgeable and did a clean very thorough installation in a timely manner. I would recommend this company for an electric panel upgrade.

Was driving down the road today and one of their trucks number truck 26 zoomed around me in a 40 mph zone after 5pm. He was breaking the speed limit then he got in front of me cut me off and then proceeded to give me dirty looks from his side mirror as if I was doing something wrong because I was following the speed limit. Doesn’t seem very professional to me and he looked like a slob. I tried to call the company to report it but every time I called no one answered it didn’t even ring as if it was disconnected.Hopefully he won’t kill somebody on his way home on the weekend so at least other people can live to enjoy their’s
