Shelby, did a complete AC system analysis determined that the condenser unit was very dirty and covered with cottonwood, cleaned unit, took pictures of the AC coils showing that they were clean. All system diagnostics good. Still having issues ended up replacing thermostat with new wifi capable Honeywell thermostat. So far so good. Today was only 76 degrees it worked well.
