She was thorough with process and pricing, and as luck would have it, I could be scheduled same day, just 2 hours after inquiring! I would have been thrilled with same week, but same day was just unreal. Kayla was kind and professional! Jacob Murphy came out to service our furnace, and WOW I am blown away. As a new homeowner, Jacob took the time to walk me through his process and made sure I was comfortable with everything he was working on from start to finish.
