Matt, the owner did a great job of explaining everything to us, and more importantly, they did what they said they would do, in a timely manner. Customer service was amazing and the installation looks great! It has made a huge impact on our energy bills, and although we chose to make monthly payments, it is far less expensive then utility bills. Your employees are idiots who don't know safety. I was at DIA and they were doing radiation tests. A guy was standing there with caution tape but didn't caution off any of the seating even though you weren't allowed in that area. There were hundreds of people in the area including small children. I told him to tape off the area where we werent allowed due to radiation testing and he got irritated and refused. In the time he spent arguing with me he could have taped it off. Well done.

You definitely want to get a quote first. While they were nice on the phone the job they did for us was over 75% higher than I would have expected. They were at the house for two hours, two people, put in a plug and charged $900 dollars. I have a 50 amp 220 that took a company 2 days to get from the house to the detached garage and they charged me $200 less! I have been a Realtor for 30 years and done fix and flips for 20 years and have never been taken to the cleaners like this! I would have asked for a quote and called around and waited on my old company (who was busy, because they charge reasonable rates), but it was for a medical devise that I had to get installed right away and I was at the hospital with my wife so I had to find someone immediately. I expect people to be fair and honest, at a minimal have some self respect when charging someone for a job. I paid the bill because I asked them to come, but If I were you I would wait for someone else! They also left the place a total mess!

My experience with them was on 470.
One of their drivers was going to exact speed limit in the passing lane and clearly knew he was in the wrong but refused to move over. After several miles of following him I proceeded to break the law by passing him on the right. As I did, he accelerated to prevent me from passing. The reason I’m giving this review is because anyone that is malicious enough to perform such an intentional and despicable act cannot not be trusted to treat a customer fairly or with any amount respect. It is clear they do not employ people with any moral bearing.
