Terrible experience. Charge you a fee to provide a quote for an item that they admit on site is a fixed fee. The dispatch team know the fee upfront but will not tell you it. Quoted fee for the job was ridiculously high. Plumber walked away with $67 for 5 mins on site.Plumber was rude and refused to answer even basic questions. Do NOT use.

We had a great experience with AAA service! We noticed a leak in our basement and AAA service was able to come out the next day. They were punctual and communication was very good! Gordon was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything to us as he was working. He worked quick and efficient and everything is working great now!
