Tony and Roman came out to diagnose a complete power loss to our garage that after troubleshooting on our own could not be resolved. I was surprised that they were able to come out to our home two hours after I had called on New Years Day at 8am. They listened to our concerns and asked questions before going into to evaluate and diagnose the situation. They were able to figure out the issue and also found something that could have resulted in future problems. They completed the work within the visit and our garage was back in working condition before 12pm. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and were able to explain things in a way that a non electrician would understand. Without hesitation I would recommend them.

B&W Electric was fantastic! We contacted B&W Electric on a referral after several frustrating attempts to have our electrical problems fixed through other companies. Jarrod came out and gave us a very thorough and fair quote. Two days later he and his partner came out and worked for 10 hours in 90 degree weather to complete our job. Frank is great! He did all the plumbing and electrical in our bathroom remodel, installed a new gas range in the kitchen and has also helped with many other projects. He works incredibly hard, does great work, and is very reliable.

A driver of BAN electric decided to yell at my partner and I while driving today. We were going home, the driver pulled over and stuck his head out to yell at us. We weren't speeding or tailgating him, we seriously don't know why he decided to yell at us. I won't be using their services because of this incident.

I recently purchased a Richmond home and had problems getting internet service at my residence. After several appointments with CenturyLink it was brought to my attention Comcast was pre-wired to the home. Spoke with Ryan who is clearly aware of the problem that CenturyLink is having when trying to install their conduit I would have to pay $140 to have his technician come back out to my residence. It is a know fact as he stated he has met with CenturyLink and it is a two man job to get the conduit through. Because it took two of his technicians to feed the pull wire through, which still did not work ,when the Century Technician arrived he asked me to call and see if they could come out to help and show what was done. Ryan stated they are lazy and he is not going to do the job for them. The issue I have is, had they disclosed this information it would not have taken me a whole week off of work to get internet installed, had they just said go with Comcast because we have all ready pre-wired the home. Big disservice to the homeowner.
