Originally I decided to schedule with Absolute because I heard about a furnace-tune up special that they were doing with KLZ radio. Scheduling was super easy and they did everything in their power to make sure it was at a time that was great for my schedule.My HVAC technician was Coral and she was extremely professional, personable, knowledgable, and realistic about what can be done and what actually needs to be done.Before she arrived I received a text and an email with a photo of Coral and a few characteristics about her, which I thought were cute. I liked this personally, because normally when I have someone coming to the house I get anxious about having a stranger in my home.When Coral arrived she explained everything she was going to do and why, and walked me through the tune-up as she went through. She put on booties over her boots before she even entered the home and was extremely respectful of our space. When she opened up the furnace, she took photos and videos of everything. She explained what all the different components of my furnace looked like and what they should look like in good condition.I felt extremely comfortable talking to her and didn't feel like she was trying to upsell me at all. When she left, she gave me her personal business card and a full report of the tune-up with recommended service, the current condition of the furnace, and everything we discussed together.Overall, I would recommend Absolute (and Coral especially for that matter) for any service you need done on your furnace. The entire process was easy, stress-free, and I walked away understanding my system better.Thanks, Coral and Absolute!

I contacted Electri-serve to replace my service panel and they sent Mr. Kessinger to give me a quote. Mr. Kessinger was professional and knowledgeable and gave me a great price. I then email Mr Kessinger on 5/21 saying I'd like to hire them he responded on 5/21 saying Stacey will get with you to schedule a date for the work. Today is now 7/24 and I never heard a peep from the companies scheduler Stacey so I hired JW electric and paid the extra 300 for a company that will actually contact you back and schedule a date to preform the work you are trying go hire them for. In the future I will not even waste my time with Electri-serve if they can not even be bothered to contact a customer that is trying to pay them for a service they say they do. Do not waste your time

These guys showed up within a few hours of a power cut and fixed the problem. They were quick, professional and on top of it.

david, the long haired boy needs to learn his place and lose the attitude. unprofessional and confrontational which almost cost him more than just a call to your business. we can find many contractors looking to earn our business. we will be looking elsewhere for professionalism instead of entitlement.

My master bathroom electricity and an entire wall of outlets in my master bedroom stopped working. I was recommended to contact Allied Wiring Services from a coworker due to great work they completed at his home. I called Friday afternoon and they came Saturday morning. They immediately discovered that the issue was due to an outlet in my bathroom. Not only did they fix it, but they provided in depth details about how it was caused and recommended I get the remaining outlets in my home fixed as well to prevent further issues that could lead to a fire. As a mom of three kids, this information is highly invaluable. Also, they were done from start to finish in less than 30 minutes leaving everything clean. I will be using their services in the future to complete the recommended work, as well as any other electrical work I need done. I will also recommend them to anyone I know.
