Review posted after a week: DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!! They gouged their prices so much that they overcharged me 3 times the normal cost of my repairs which was for 2 blower motors (1 for AC an other for the furnace), a condenser and hard wire start up. They charged me $3,100 and since I know nothing about HVAC systems, I thought that was the correct price, but expensive since goods and services are rising in price because of the sad state of our economy. So after the repairs, I did some research and found that the cost of the parts are priced $500-700. I contacted Absolute and they would not furnish me with an itemized invoice nor would they share their tech's hourly rate. So I had to finance $3,100. Later I spoke with an honest contraction, he gave me an estimate of $1,200 for the same repairs. Absolute even snuck in a $329 membership fee for what? I do not know. ABSOLUTE HAS AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYONE!!! OLD REVIEW: I was lucky enough to get a same-day appt. Michael arrived at exactly the time the office told me he would. He took the time to explain to me how a garbage disposal works and showed me how to un-jam it. He also showed me new disposal options for the future so if/when my 12 year old garbage disposal decides it is done. Both Michael and his partner (sorry i did not get his name) were very pleasant and professional. I will definitely use Brother's again.

I contacted them for a new water heater and had Greg Hughes come out to my home. I was just so impressed with Greg's knowledge and desire to help. Not to mention, he seems like a really good guy. I expressed to him early that I'm probably going to do the work myself and that I was shopping for price. Instead of trying to hard sell me on using his company, he instead respected where I was and gave me helpful information to consider in my decision, both promoting the merits of using his company's services but also in giving a number of tips for me to do it, which saved me some grief. Truthfully, his company isn't a low-budget company, but if I wasn't able to do the work myself, I would definitely have considered using them because when you buy cheap, you buy twice and have twice the headaches. This company appears among the highest in integrity and professionalism. With them, I have no doubt they would stand behind their work and take care of anything needed. But again, my main reason for this review is due to their employee - Greg. Even though Greg didn't get the sale on this one, his approach helped build loyalty for the future and I would definitely consider them for any future projects.

A+ service! I called frank because my ac condenser wasn’t working and he came over same day. It took him five minutes to see that it required a very easy solution and was a total gentleman. Would hire again!

I'll start off by saying that Blue Sky prides themselves on exceptional customer service.We had an issue with a recently installed furnace (from the person we bought the home from) and also needed a new A/C unit and everyone that we dealt with throughout the process was kind, professional, and responded promptly. I can't speak to price, but I was raised on the motto of you get what you pay for and I'd certainly prefer to pay a bit extra for better service and higher quality components.I interacted with no less than 6 different people at Blue Sky and they were all so nice and eager to help. The individuals who were actually directly involved with taking a look at our unit and building out a quote for us were very up-front, honest, and clear about what the issue was, what needed to be remedied, and what they recommended. They also gave us multiple financing options to help us work within our budget and cash flow needs.Also, from my personal experience, the owner of the company genuinely cares about the company, their customers, and everyone's satisfaction.I would definitely recommend using Blue Sky and we've recommended them to any of our friends who have HVAC needs.
