Had a ring doorbell that the transformer that shot out. They got Chris out here the day after they called fhe schedule. Chris was awesome and replaced it with a new one and got the chime to stop ringing incessantly. Thank you!

I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

If you are actually reading the reviews, I am guessing you ask if this electrician for you. The simple answer is yes. Jake is kind, fast, and efficient. I have called them for 2 jobs with my home, and I will be calling them in future if we have any other issue. Both Bonnie and Jake were very empathetic to my freak out, and Jake came out asap. He was quick to diagnose and get the work done. They have taken very stressful moments of being a home owner. They put my mind at ease, and resolved the issue. I would recommend them to anyone at any time for you electrical needs.

Dutch Creek Electric installed a charging station for a new EV. They made the process very easy, including all permits, refunds, credits, etc. Electricians showed up on time and were fast. Overall a high quality experience!

I had a terrible experience with the new owner of this company. The old owner was a great man and did fantastic work. The new owner is unethical and dishonest in her business practices and dealings, and also in the quality of work that she delivers for a premium price. When hiring these types of people, we are putting ourselves at the mercy of their expertise. I myself am a novice about anything electrical. Please don't trust these people to do the job that you need to get done. They did my entire job incorrectly and charged an astronomical price. The new owner doesn't take pride in the quality of her work, and her prices are double what the other companies are charging. Do your research, get quotes from other people. Save yourselves the headache and the money.

We have work with CSI on several different projects using back up Generators and UPS systems including Fire Stations, Call Centers and other commercial buildings. Their customer first approach and their level of expertise in power generation and critical UPS backup systems make them the best in the business in my opinion.

You definitely want to get a quote first. While they were nice on the phone the job they did for us was over 75% higher than I would have expected. They were at the house for two hours, two people, put in a plug and charged $900 dollars. I have a 50 amp 220 that took a company 2 days to get from the house to the detached garage and they charged me $200 less! I have been a Realtor for 30 years and done fix and flips for 20 years and have never been taken to the cleaners like this! I would have asked for a quote and called around and waited on my old company (who was busy, because they charge reasonable rates), but it was for a medical devise that I had to get installed right away and I was at the hospital with my wife so I had to find someone immediately. I expect people to be fair and honest, at a minimal have some self respect when charging someone for a job. I paid the bill because I asked them to come, but If I were you I would wait for someone else! They also left the place a total mess!
