Best Drain Issues in Denver CO

Had this outfit come to the house to clean and assess the HVAC system in preparation for the closing on the sale of our home. In the assessment, an out of range capacitor was found. The tech had it out and in his hand. I was lead to believe they had one in their truck, but was quoted $387 to replace a $35 part(Goodman OEM part thru Amazon) stating they needed to charge a whole new service call. He had to put the old one back in, so I don’t know why the EXCESSIVE charge to put in a new capacitor when he had to put one back in anyway. I realize I may have had to pay a premium on the $35 part, and was willing to do so.The management’s response was the charge would stand. Unbelievable.I would be very wary of using these folks with business practices like this, particularly when they charge premium prices to begin with.nb: Had another Goodman company representative replace the part for less than half the quote ($175).

My experience with AAA today was outstanding. I called first thing Tuesday morning and within an hour a tech arrived to my house. Jason J took the time to explain what he was doing and he quickly was able to fix my clogged disposal. Great quality of service and outstanding price. Thank you AAA!
