Very happy overall with our experience with Brothers. It was a slightly a rocky start as it took a couple weeks to get a booking and then had to reschedule out another couple of weeks but for a valid reason, so we had to deal with a malfunctioning evaporative cooler during a bit of a heatwave. It was worth the wait though; Paul did an awesome job with the repair the same day arrived and knew his stuff. It probably wasn’t the cheapest option, but I believe we got our money’s worth, and Paul seemed diligent in making sure we only received the services needed. Our cooler has been functioning great and Paul gave us a lot of great tips for getting the best performance as this is our first experience with this type of appliance. He used shoe covers on our carpets and was also super sweet with our pesky toddler - great customer service overall.

Carlos did a great job and it was one of the most professional, expert, and positive experiences with a company. My furnace broke late at night and Kelly spoke to me on the phone and was so friendly and helpful in managing it for the night. Carlos came first thing in the morning and got me a new furnace installed by the evening. He even brought in extra space heaters to keep us warm throughout the snow storm! He was meticulous, the house was spotless after, very professional, and great customer service. Thank you again!
