Taylor came out and helped to replace all of our smoke/CO2 detectors in our rental house. He worked directly with the renters to get them done in a timely manner and was respectful of the property and the renters. Hard to find good contacts from out of state but Taylor was great!

Had Brian come out and repair some old outlets and wiring, and he did a phenomenal job!. Very quick as well! Will be having him come out and install new light fixtures in our closet. 100% recommend!!

Josh with JM Electric Inc. came over with two co-workers, Daniel and Elijah, and upgraded our breaker from a 100 to a 200 Amp panel. They installed everything to the new 2021 codes and went above and beyond by relocating an outlet installed for an a/c unit in the wrong location by another company to the correct location on the house. Josh took interest in my questions about the work being performed and the job was completed in well under a day. The city inspector passed my electric final last week. I will use them for future electric endeavors.

Hoss electric are our go-to residential electricians (and more recently our commercial electricians too). We have used this company for years as our emergency electricians (when we have need electrical repairs, electrical troubleshooting and fixing now) and our not-so-emergency electricians when we have time to plan like with our home, bathroom and kitchen remodels. And Hoss just did a fine job upgrading all of the telephone and data network electrical wiring at the customer service center where my husband works and it made my hubby look so good for referring them. These licensed electricians do all of our electrical work and home repairs and will continue to do so as long as we live here and have a say in it!

Your Electricians Team of Arvada worked on our electrical panel upgrade and some wiring we needed. They did a great job, clean up afte themselves and over it was really good. I'm really happy and I would use them again.

Lakewood Electric is a very first class team of electricians working in the Greater Denver Metro area they have been working recently on the Cherry Creek Innovation Complex in Dove Valley and Also The Boy and Girls Club Facility in Elbert. They strive to complete on task and with efficiency.

I own my own home in Littleton and a rental property in Denver. Anytime I have anything go wrong at either house, I ask my realtor who is the best person/company to contact. When my renters had electrical problems, I asked my realtor who he trusted and he told me Pat with Affordable Electrical. He never steered me wrong, so I called Pat. Pat was responsive and got over to the house on time. He explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed then and what could wait. He explained all prices before doing the work and he was very reasonable on pricing. He did such a great job that I used him on that rental property again for another unrelated issue and have had him to my house in Littleton to install outdoor outlets. He always explains all options upfront and gives me the efficient and cost effective way to go and offers more complicated and custom solutions if appropriate...which I took him up on this last time.
I will use him again when an opportunity arises. I look forward to being able to shake his hand one day. Since I have only met him in person since Covid started (and he is great about wearing a mask and respecting distance) I have not had the chance yet. I definitely recommend.

I communicated with Robert with the process of everything to be done. There was a major lack in the electricians making sure they completed the work. I had to have them out 3 separate times to complete jobs that should have been done the first time. They did an alumicon repair and was supposed to replace all outlets with Tamper Resistant outlets. I asked if they did that before they left and was told they did only to learn they didn't replace any outlets. So, one of the additional times they came out was an entire day of just replacing those outlets. There were other issues and then it was difficult getting the job approved through Jeff Co because they didn't understand the required process. So, the job that was supposed to be 2 days and one inspector visit included 2 additional days and one late night visit from electricians and 2 additional visits by the inspector for everything to be completed. They were a lot cheaper than other quotes and maybe this is the reason. I would not use them again.

We have had Jimmy and his crew do a couple jobs and all has gone. We will use him in the future if needed!

Vandre has been to multiple of my homes over the year's and fixed my heating and air as well as installed new units at one of my houses I have used them for all my electrical needs over the years too. They have been responsive and on time every time as well as if there is a problem or a situation they let me know. Always being honest and reliable for the parts and service. I trust them fully and have had them to my business now as well. I recommend them 100% no what situation you have with electrical or HVAC.

I don't think I could of possibly went with a less professional company or qualified. If I could have rated 0 stars that is what I would definitely have chosen. What kind of electrical company doesn't have licensed electricians? It was impossible to get through to someone in their office when they didn't show up. Finally I got through and they sent out a young kid. I asked him for his license verification and he said he didn't have one but had been doing work for two years. He left black hand prints all over my walls, left holes in my walls. Some I'm not even sure why he cut them in the first place? He was on his phone the entire time, possibly trying to learn what to do. It was pretty obvious he didn't have professional training or know how. He installed switches and receptacles with obviously used ones when I was charged for new. I called and requested for them to send a licensed electrician but they rudely said they didn't have one available. Im pretty sure electricians are all supposed to be licensed. I ended up having another electrical company come out. (Wish I would have went with the other in the first place). Found out the work the kid did wasn't even up to code. So I had to have it redone. Plus get my walls patched up and scrub off the black marks, along with cleaning up the mess from where he did work. My three way switches were working on one side but not the other. It ended up costing me a lot when all said and done. How Maxx Tech is still in business is beyond me if this is how they provide service.

Absolutely worth every bit of money. Great work and I appreciate the quality and attention to detail.
